Theme: Communication and socio-security issues in the digital age ▪︎▪︎▪︎ In order to provide a forum for discussion and exchange on the phenomena of communication and digital security in the human and social sciences, the UNESCO Chair in Emerging Practices in Technologies and Communication for Development at the University of Bordeaux-Montaigne (France), the Center for Strategic Transdisciplinary Studies (CETRAS) in Lubumbashi (Democratic Republic of Congo - DRC), and the AI & STEM Partnerships Hub, are co-organizing an international conference on the theme of communication and socio-security issues in the digital age. The aim is to contribute to reflections on the multiple problems linking digital technology, artificial intelligence and the security of States, people and fundamental freedoms.

Theme: Artificial Intelligence and Social Equity ▪︎▪︎▪︎ This conference organized in partnership between the UNESCO Chair of the University of Bordeaux Montaigne and the French Development Agency (AFD) aims to generate a convergence of knowledge through an interdisciplinary approach on the implications of this technological development on social equity. The issue of social equity will be addressed within the framework of this conference through 5 axes, namely democracy, security and trust, culture, data and public policies.
