International Conference on Emerging Technologies

Theme: Communication and socio-security issues in the digital age ▪︎▪︎▪︎ In order to provide a forum for discussion and exchange on the phenomena of communication and digital security in the human and social sciences, the UNESCO Chair in Emerging Practices in Technologies and Communication for Development at the University of Bordeaux-Montaigne (France) and the Center for Strategic Transdisciplinary Studies (CETRAS) in Lubumbashi (Democratic Republic of Congo - DRC) are co-organizing an international conference on the theme of communication and socio-security issues in the digital age. The aim is to contribute to reflections on the multiple problems linking digital technology, artificial intelligence and the security of States, people and fundamental freedoms.
